In the Roto NT system, all integral hardware components are integrated via a central locking system. The system already offers a high level of security in the basic version. Three corner drives with mushroom cam locking and 'rear-cut' strikers are standard and guarantee effective burglary protection. For higher security requirements, a simple retrofitting of additional components is possible on site. Roto NT's intelligent design simplifies installation.The Roto NT Tilt&Turn hardware is suitable for windows up to burglary-resistance grade 3 in accordance with DIN V ENV 1627-1630. Within the framework of this test procedure, the entire window's burglar-inhibiting properties are tested.
The high level of integrated basic-security and the intelligent design minimise the retrofitting expenditure considerably. Roto NT offers the possibilty of reaching higher security levels simply by replacing the strikers right from the start. And in addition to this, the additional components can be mounted very simply. The saved labour costs are expressed directly in the form of higher profitability.
Roto NT has been successfully tested and certified by the window institute in Rosenheim (ift) in accordance with DIN 18104-2 for burglar-inhibiting retrofitting-products.

All locking cams are guided two-dimensionally in a formed faceplate. The advantages: even surface-finish aesthetics and permanent outstanding smooth operation.The ease of operation is exemplary: the lifting mishandling device with integrated sash lifter enables the sash to always run up on the frame at the same level and in addition to this, prevents any mishandling operations.
Or for example the anti-slam device and the tilt-depth regulator in the sash stay. Depending on the installation application, the projecting (tilting) depth can be adjusted to two different dimensions, the anti-slam device prevents the window slamming in case of draught.
The RotoSil silvery matt surface-finish does not only look elegant: it also has corrosion protection, which outdoes the most severe requirements by a multiple.

The night-vent enables regular air exchange and is easily retrofitted. A special bullet catch is available for balcony doors.
The arrestable ventilation-stay enables the sash to be arrested at any tilt-depth. The Roto NT engagable brake-stay arrests the turned sash at any angle. With this, slamming windows is a thing of the past.
And of course innovative electronics for burglar alarm systems, thermostat and ventilation operation from our E-Tec product range can be easily integrated or retrofiited in the Roto NT hardware.
